Yes, they all come with designer cases.

Yes, we can provide you with your individual tracking number for your parcel.  

6. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide shipping. We will get a quote for you, or you can arrange collection. Again you can track your parcel via the internet

7 Do you dropship ?

No, we do not do dropshiping  

8. What if my glasses don't suit me?

No problems as long as you return them within 7 days and they are in perfect and complete condition we can exchange them or offer you a refund.  

9. With your designer frames, do you offer a lens fitting service?

Yes, we have an in-house qualified lab technician who can fit your frames with your prescription well below the high street price. Please contact us for the costing you will be amazed of the savings we offer!!!  

10. Can I get discount for volume purchases?

Yes, please register as a wholesale user to qualify for wholesale prices.  

11. Can I come to your showroom?

Our showroom is based in Leeds,U.K. We are open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please contact us for an appointment.  

12. I can't get to your showroom, do you have any sales reps who can visit me?

Our representatives cover most of Europe. Please contact us regarding to arrange an appointment.  

13. Do you get new stock regularly?

We generally receive deliveries once a week of new and popular lines.
